Vela Health & Wellbeing was founded on a simple observation: Port Harcourt’s elder generation was navigating health and ageing alone, while their children abroad in London, Houston, and Toronto carried the guilt and worry from afar.
We closed that gap. Vela is a coordination, advocacy, and wellness service, led by a founder whose background spans clinical optometry, residential care, and social work across Nigeria and the UK.
